Overview

Nimbus Capital needed a headquarters that could hold an energetic trading floor and a discreet client-facing world under one roof. We delivered a turnkey fit-out across 2,400 m² in DIFC, sequencing the works around a live adjacent tenancy.

The centrepiece is a bespoke walnut-and-brass reception wall fabricated in our own joinery workshop, paired with a fully isolated acoustic ceiling that keeps the trading floor at a measured 42 dB.
