Our story
Why we keep everything in-house
FMR began as a small joinery workshop — a team that cared more about a clean mitre than a fast invoice. As clients asked us to take on more of their projects, we made a deliberate choice: rather than subcontract the hard parts, we built the disciplines ourselves.
Today design, engineering, joinery, MEP and construction all sit inside the same business. That's unusual for a fit-out contractor, and it's the reason our handovers are snag-light and our clients keep coming back.
We're proud that most of our work now comes from repeat clients and their referrals — the only marketing metric that really matters in this industry.

- 2016
First full turnkey design-and-build contract delivered for a hospitality client.

In-house MEP and project-management teams brought on; capacity doubles.
