Overview
An open wood-fired kitchen is a fit-out challenge as much as a culinary one. We engineered the extraction, fire rating and make-up air so the hearth can perform in full view of the room.
Lime plaster, hand-laid tile and warm oak give Olive & Ash a rustic-but-precise character, finished to a level that reads from the first table.
