Overview
Zafran, a Landmark Hospitality restaurant, opened at Dubai Hills Mall on a full turnkey fit-out. The heart of the job was a working Indian kitchen — a live tandoor line with the extract, make-up air and fire protection to run it safely in a mall envelope.
We carried the project through Dubai Civil Defence approval, DEWA connection and mall permitting, closing out with a commissioned, certified kitchen canopy and a snag-light handover in August 2024.
